Natalie is passionate about encouraging mindset and ways in which dance can be embraced. The movement style of the class will vary in its dynamics and focuses, often juxtaposing variants of each. You will shift from sensory/yoga based warm up elements to snippets of clean Cunningham-style lines and shapes to heavy, breath driven swings, shifts and falls.
Natalie trained at Susan Robinson’s School of Ballet and graduated at Rambert School in 2013. Through the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, she completed a Postgraduate Diploma in 2016 and went on to gain a master’s degree with Distinction, focused on Dance for Parkinson’s.
