The class will explore phrases, using contact improvisation, floor work and company repertoire. The class works mainly on the centre of gravity and the gentle stacking of limbs in order to roll, slide, fall and float.
This course is designed for participants aged 60 and over with some dance experience. These carefully planned, fun and engaging sessions will use a variety of dance techniques and improvisation tasks to challenge you physically and creatively. The course will enable dancers to build strength and to develop their technique and musicality at an appropriate pace and level.
