Natasha grew up in Frome, Somerset where she began dancing at her local school before successfully auditioning for the Centre for Advanced Training scheme at Swindon Dance when she was 13. Here she experienced her first taste of contemporary dance and during her five years there was exposed to a variety of inspiring dance artists. At the age of 16 Natasha was asked to be the apprentice dancer for Mark Bruce Company’s 2013 tour of Dracula, an amazing experience that confirmed her desire to pursue a career in contemporary dance. Natasha then went on to complete her professional dance training at Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds where she had the opportunity to work with choreographers such as Gavin Coward, Suzie Davies, Mattias Ekholm, Fernanda Prata and visual artist Hetain Petal. Natasha is very excited about the opportunity to move to London and perform a full programme of works with Edge.
