Arden Leone

Arden Leone, originally from Chicago, graduated Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University with a BFA in Dance Performance and a BA in Advertising. While at SMU, Arden had the opportunity to perform works by choreographers such as Paul Taylor, Adam Hougland, José Limón, Robert Dekkers and Danny Buraczeski. Arden has also had the privilege of training with many professional companies in Chicago and New York including Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, The Joffrey Ballet, Visceral Dance Chicago, and Complexions Contemporary Ballet. Previously, Arden was also a member of Extensions Dance Company, a pre-professional company, directed by Lizzie MacKenzie, that performed throughout the Chicago area.

In addition to performing, Arden also has a passion for choreography and has created several works of her own. Most recently her piece, Veverica, was showcased at Dallas DanceFest 2017. She is looking forward to establishing her choreographic voice within the dance community. Arden is thrilled to be a part of EDge and is eager to work with renowned choreographers, continue to develop as an artist, and tour internationally.
