Anna grew up in the centre of Italy and started dancing at the age of five at a local dance school. She originally trained in ballet under teachers from Teatro dell’Opera in Rome. Five years later, she was introduced to Graham, Cunningham and Mattox technique. In 2014, she took part in P.A.R.T.S Summer School, where she danced works from Rosas’ repertoire, as Elena’s Aria and Rosas Danst Rosas, under the direction of Nadine Ganese and Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker. During her training, she was invited to study with Martha Graham Dance Company in New York and Phoenix Dance Theatre at Royal Opera House. She graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance in 2016 with First Class Honours.
