Angela Venturini

Born in 1991, I graduated in Conservation and Management of Cultural Heritage and Activities (Artistic and Entertainment Techniques) at Cà Foscari University of Venice with the thesis on "Merce Cunningham and Robert Rauschemberg: Innovation between Art and Dance" (Supervisor Stefano Tomassini).

I trained in various private schools in Italy, then improving myself abroad, especially in Holland, Switzerland, USA, UK and Israel.

I danced for several projects and companies, including Hamlyn Ballet Junior Company in Florence, La Biennale Teatro di Venezia, La Biennale Danza di Venezia, Art&Show Project 79, spot television Alain Afflelou, Teatro Sociale di Mantova, La Piccionaia - stable innovation's theater, Iuvenis Danza and collaborations with artists of different backgrounds.

I danced pieces by choreographers such as Benjamin Millepied, Crystal Pite, Victor Quijada,Roberth North, Jesse Zarritt, Marcos Morau, Radhouane El Meddeb, Francesca Selva, Marigia Maggipinto, Massimo Gerardi, Chiara Vittadello and others.

As a teacher in the last two years in italian professional schools, I took part to the Teachers'Seminars held in Accademia Teatro alla Scala in Milan. I am a Counsellor, trained at the IMR Counselling Triennial School - Italian Medical Research, with Dr. Roberto Gilardi; and hatha yoga teacher.

My other great passion is photography, an external vehicle which reflects our inner part.

Currently I am a student at LCDS- London Contemporary Dance School on the DAP Programme, and I am an apprentice dancer for the company Umanoove by Didy Veldman.
