Alice Lambert

Alice was born in Lyon, France, where she began to dance at her local studios. She then moved to New York City to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree at New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Studies, where she graduated Summa cum Laude. Through the fields of dance, anatomy and philosophy, her studies focused on body awareness and moving as a means to create consciousness. Alice has performed at The Maison de la Danse de Lyon, as well as the Brooklyn Academy of Music, New York Live Arts and Movement Research. She has danced with Eiko Otake, Anabella Lenzu, Helder Seabra and with Crystal Pite for the premiere of Polaris at New York City Center. Her choreographies were shown in Lyon and at the Hudson Guild Theater, New York University’s Art Festival, and the Hatch Series for Emerging Choreographers.
