Advanced Dance Studies is a flexible programme which is tailored to individual students' needs and interests.

Students undertake daily advanced level technique classes and other courses designed specifically to cater for their individual needs, eg improvisation, doublework, choreography, teaching, anatomy, somatics, extended performance projects, repertoire and performance studies.

Core courses are shared with students on the Performance, Choreography and Dance Training and Education specialisms, providing an opportunity to share in debate, reflection and practice-based research within a larger cohort of students with varied interests.

Each programme of work will be tailored to suit individual needs. On application, students should clarify their main area of particular interest eg choreography, dance training and education or advanced training. The programme is designed to cater both to mature students and those who have recently completed vocational training but who seek further input in particular areas of work.
